Privacy at France Desk.

Readiness-check answers, dossier-builder answers, and an unfinished application draft are stored in your browser’s local storage. France Desk does not receive those drafts unless you submit an application.

You can remove them by clearing this site’s browser data. A successfully submitted application draft is cleared automatically.

When you press “Send application,” France Desk receives the name, email address, timeline, location, package interest, budget, situation summary, blocker, and contact consent shown in the form.

The current application route sends that information by email to the Home Desk intake address and sends an acknowledgement to the applicant. France Desk does not place the application in a separate lead database.

Vercel hosts the website and application route. Resend provides transactional email delivery once configured. Those providers may process the submitted information and basic operational data needed to deliver and protect the service.

A short-lived, in-memory request limit may use an IP address for up to ten minutes to reduce repeated automated submissions. France Desk does not use that value to create a user profile.

Application emails are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, assess the requested service, deliver agreed work, and maintain necessary business records. They are not sold.

France Desk does not currently install advertising trackers or behavioural analytics. If that changes, this policy should be updated before the tracker is enabled.

Do not submit passport scans, bank statements, tax records, health records, or other sensitive documents through the application form.
