Terms for using France Desk.
These terms describe the current educational MVP and the boundary between free preparation tools, applications, and separately agreed paid work.

Educational tools
The readiness check, dossier builder, checklists, messages, and results are educational preparation tools. They do not determine eligibility, approval, legal status, tax treatment, financial suitability, or housing acceptance.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for checking current official requirements, verifying landlords, listings, agencies, providers, and professionals, and deciding whether to act. Do not rely on France Desk as a substitute for a qualified professional.
Applications and availability
Submitting an application does not create a professional-client relationship, reserve capacity, guarantee service, or require payment. Home Desk may decline work that is outside scope or requires regulated professional advice.
Paid services
Before any payment, the proposed scope, price, expected timing, deliverables, cancellation position, and refund position should be provided in writing. Those engagement-specific terms control the paid work.
Third parties
Optional professional or provider introductions do not guarantee suitability, availability, pricing, approval, or outcome. Any known referral compensation should be disclosed.
Changes and availability
The MVP may change, pause, or remove features. Rules and practices outside France Desk can also change. Material changes to these terms should be published with a new effective date.
